Choice of Styles

Retreat Homes not only offer a choice of external cladding finishes and window frame styles but also a choice of roof styles. Choose from two roof options, contemporary flat or the traditional vaulted to maximise light and space.

Lodges are manufactured in a range of dimensions to suit any plot size.  Below are examples of our standard models but we can produce lodges up to 65ft in length and 22ft wide and design the internal layout exclusively to suit you.

 

I MODEL

40ft x 14ft Standard 2 Bedroom Layout

The I Model has been specifically designed to offer the same benefits of quality and style as the N-model, but with the accommodation arranged in a conventional Holiday Caravan layout. This is to cater for all those purchasers who long for an N-model but simply cannot accommodate the size of the home on their land. The I Model’s own strength is its purity of form.

The I Model has the Retreat High Specification with the additional benefits of:

• Two bedrooms - master bedroom with opening french doors

 

 

N MODEL

33ft x 20ft Standard 2 Bedroom Layout

This layout combines the luxury of a private outside space with the advantage of a larger second bedroom and more wardrobe space.

The N-Model has the Retreat High Specification with the additional benefits of:

• Two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes
• Master bedroom with french doors opening onto the courtyard
• Front door access direct from the courtyard

 

 

J2 MODEL

40ft x 20ft Standard 2 Bedroom Layout with Master En-suite

Overall size 20ft (6.096m) x 40ft 2in (12.250m) GIA 603 sqft (56sqm). The J2-model has all the excitement of the N-model but is more generously proportioned.

The J2 Model has the Retreat High Specification with the additional benefits of:

• Two bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes
• Large master bedroom with en-suite shower room and double wardrobe
• Large second bedroom with french doors opening onto the courtyard
• Large kitchen with additional base units
• Extra living room/dining space

 

 

J3 MODEL

40ft x 20ft Standard 3 Bedroom Layout

The J3-Model is the same as the J2-Model but arranged to accommodate 3 bedrooms.

The Model has the Retreat High Specification with the additional benefits of:

• Three bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes
• Large master bedroom with french doors opening onto the courtyard
• Large second bedroom
• Large kitchen with additional base units
• Extra living room/dining space

 

 

LODGE 2

The Lodge 2 is one of the largest of The Retreat range and dispenses with the courtyard to provide yet more internal accommodation.

The Lodge 2 has The Retreat High Specification with the additional benefits of:

• Two double bedrooms
• Large master bedroom with en-suite shower room
• Large kitchen with additional base and wall units
• Extra living room/dining space
• Twin French windows on the 20’ elevation

 

 

LODGE 3

The Lodge 3 is the same as the Lodge 2 but arranged to accommodate three bedrooms.

• Large kitchen with additional base and wall units

Z Model

The Z-Model has The Retreat High Specification with the additional benefits of:

• Three bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes
• Large master bedroom with en-suite shower room
• Twin-bed third bedroom
• Large kitchen with additional base and wall units
• Extra living room/dining space
• Twin french windows in the living room
• Frech windows in two bedrooms
